Service Fees
TIP
E-commerce Mode does not charge by the number of accounts. You can create unlimited accounts, but each account must be bound to an available device before it can start.
Unlimited Accounts
An account without a device can still be created, edited, grouped, and tagged. Bind a device purchased from Roxy or import your own device when you need to start it.
Imported Devices
An imported device is an IPv4 or IPv6 network resource obtained from another provider and added manually to RoxyBrowser.
- The first imported device is free permanently.
- Starting with the second imported device, the software service fee is
$2/month/device.
The fee covers management, testing, and binding in RoxyBrowser and does not include third-party network-provider charges. Before saving, confirm the device count, free allowance, service period, and amount due.
Roxy Devices
The cost of a device purchased from Roxy depends on its intended use, country or region, duration, and quantity. The current price is $6 per device. The purchase confirmation page shows the final amount and applicable after-sales terms.

Team Resources
Members and teams are purchased separately:

Member capacity limits how many collaborators can be invited and does not affect the number of e-commerce accounts. Purchases cannot be canceled or refunded. See Team Management for invitations and permissions.

Open Billing Center to review devices, imported-device service fees, team resources, wallet balance, and transaction records. For a billing question, record the order number, time, amount, and status before contacting Online Support.
