E-commerce Mode FAQ
What Is the Difference Between E-commerce Mode and General Mode?
E-commerce Mode organizes work around accounts, groups, and devices. It is designed for managing shops by platform and site. General Mode uses concepts such as profiles, projects, and proxies for broader multi-environment workflows.
How Does an Anti-Detect Browser Help with Multi-Account Operations?
An anti-detect browser creates an independent browser environment for each account and separately stores cookies, site data, fingerprints, and network settings. This reduces the risk created by directly sharing one environment and lets teams manage many accounts by group.
It does not replace platform compliance requirements and cannot guarantee that an account will never trigger risk controls. Always follow the target platform's rules.
Why Must an Account Be Bound to a Device?
A device provides the account's outbound IP. An account without a device can be created and edited but cannot be started. Important shops should normally use a stable, independent outbound IP in the required country or region.
See Device Management for adding and testing devices.
Is There a Limit on the Number of Accounts?
No. You can create unlimited accounts and do not need to purchase an account quota. Accounts can be created, edited, and grouped before a device is bound. Bind an available device when you need to start one.
How Is Team Member Capacity Charged?
Each additional team member costs a one-time $5 payment and remains available permanently. This capacity limits how many collaborators can be invited; it does not limit the number of e-commerce accounts.
Purchases cannot be canceled or refunded. Check the available capacity, quantity, and total amount in Billing Center before purchasing.
How Is a Device Related to a Regular Proxy?
In E-commerce Mode, a device is a network resource configuration. It can be purchased from Roxy or imported from a third-party IPv4 or IPv6 provider. When importing one, enter the protocol, host, port, and authentication information and test it before binding.
Why Is the Start Button Unavailable?
Common causes include:
- The account is not bound to a device.
- The bound device cannot connect or has expired.
- The current member does not have permission to start accounts in that group.
- The client or browser kernel is still updating.
Check the device information under All Accounts, then test the connection in Device Management. Team members should also ask an administrator to review their group and account permissions.
Which Desktop Systems Are Supported? Is There a Mobile App?
The desktop client supports Windows, Windows Server, and macOS. See Software Installation and System Requirements for versions. There is no mobile client installer, but account environments can simulate Android or iOS browser characteristics.
Which Browser Kernels and Fingerprint Settings Are Supported?
The account page supports Chrome and Firefox kernels. Configurable fingerprints include User-Agent, resolution, fonts, WebRTC, WebGL, WebGPU, Canvas, AudioContext, media devices, device name, and hardware values.
Keep the defaults unless you have a specific requirement. See Advanced Fingerprint Settings for details.
Can a Deleted Account Be Restored?
If the account is still in the client's recycle bin, select it and click Restore. A permanently deleted account cannot be recovered.
WARNING
A permanently deleted account cannot be restored. Before deleting, confirm whether the action moves the account to the recycle bin or deletes it permanently.
How Do I Hand an Account Over to Another Operator?
Move the account to the appropriate group, grant that group to the team member, and configure account, device, and extension permissions. This avoids transferring browser environment files directly.
See Group Management and Team Management.
How Do I Install the Same Extension for Multiple Accounts?
Add the extension in Extension Center and assign it to the target group. Accounts in that group load it the next time they start. Test permissions and compatibility in a test group before expanding the installation scope.
See Extension Center for setup and management steps.
How Do I Contact Online Support?
Online support is available daily from 09:00 to 22:00 (UTC+8). You can leave a message outside service hours. See Online Support for the entry and the information to provide.
