Please read the following terms carefully before accessing or using the roxybrowser.com website and related software services (collectively, the “Service” or “Roxybrowser”). By registering an account, downloading the software, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the “Agreement”).

If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, please stop using the Service immediately.

1. Account Registration and Security

1. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to register for and use the Service.
2. Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete personal or business information during the registration process.
3. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). Roxybrowser shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account.
4. Account Use: Your account is for your own use or for use by team members authorized by you. Selling, transferring, or lending your account to any third party is strictly prohibited.

2. License to Use the Service

1. Scope of License: Roxybrowser grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the software in accordance with this Agreement and the subscription plan you have purchased.
2. Use Restrictions:
   • You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
   • You may not use the Service to illegally obtain data from third-party websites through crawling, scraping, or other automated means.
   • You may not use the Service for any form of competitive analysis or for developing competing products.

3. Prohibited Conduct (Acceptable Use Policy)

You agree not to use Roxybrowser for any activities that violate applicable laws or regulations or infringe upon the rights of third parties, including but not limited to:

• Illegal Activities: Engaging in fraud, money laundering, identity theft, credit card fraud, or other unlawful activities.
• Cyber Attacks: Distributing viruses or malware, or conducting DDoS attacks, SQL injections, or other activities that compromise network security.
• Invasion of Privacy: Collecting, storing, or disclosing personal information of others without authorization.
• Spam: Sending unsolicited emails (spam) or conducting large-scale unauthorized marketing on social media platforms.
• Violation of Third-Party Rules: Although Roxybrowser provides an isolated browser environment, you are solely responsible for the risks associated with operating on third-party platforms (such as Amazon, Facebook, Google, etc.). We do not support or encourage any violations of third-party platforms’ terms of service.

If any violations are identified, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account without refund.

4. Privacy Policy

We take your privacy seriously. For information on how we collect, use, and store your data, please refer to our separate Privacy Policy .

Note: We collect only the data necessary to provide the Service (such as email address, billing information, and device logs) and do not collect any facial recognition or biometric data.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in Roxybrowser, including but not limited to software code, interface design, trademarks, logos, and documentation, are owned by Roxybrowser. Any rights not expressly granted to you under this Agreement are reserved by Roxybrowser.

6. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds

1. Subscriptions: The Service may offer free and paid subscription plans. Paid services will be charged according to the selected billing cycle upon confirmation of purchase.
2. Renewals: Unless you cancel before the end of the current subscription period, your subscription will automatically renew.
3. Refund Policy: Roxybrowser offers prepaid subscription plans, and all paid services are non-refundable. Please note that all payments are final.

7. Disclaimer

1. As-Is Basis: The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
2. Third-Party Risks: Roxybrowser is designed to provide a browser fingerprint management environment; however, we do not guarantee that your accounts on third-party platforms will be completely secure or free from suspension. Roxybrowser shall not be liable for any account bans, fund freezes, or business losses resulting from the use of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roxybrowser and its affiliates, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. The updated terms will be posted on the website and shall take effect upon publication. Continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly consultation between the parties. If no resolution is reached, such disputes shall be submitted to [the designated court or arbitration institution in Singapore].
